The Lodgest Turnover Checklist must be completed every turnover. Check closets for supplies and leave a supply order request as needed. All damage or excessive cleaning must be documented with the Lodgest Damage Report.
All turnovers should start no later than 11:00 AM as scheduling permits. If you are assigned multiple properties on a single day, do your best to complete them all the same day, or the next day. If you cannot complete a turnover the same day a guest departs, please at least visit the property to make sure the house is properly secured.
